Production Process

1. Raw Material Inspection (IQC)
All electronic components, PCB boards, and metal housings are carefully inspected before production to ensure material quality.

2. SMT Assembly
High-precision SMT machines are used to mount components onto PCB boards, ensuring accuracy and production efficiency.

3. PCB Welding & Assembly
After SMT processing, PCB boards undergo soldering and component assembly under strict manufacturing standards.

4. Product Assembly
Engineers assemble housings, ports, power modules, and internal components into complete products.

5. Functional Testing
Each product undergoes functional testing, including PoE power verification, port communication testing, and performance checks.

6. Aging Test (48 Hours)
Critical products are subjected to 48-hour continuous aging tests to ensure long-term stability and reliability.

7. Final Quality Control (FQC)
Our QC team performs appearance inspection and final performance verification before shipment.

8. Packaging & Shipment
Qualified products are securely packaged with export-standard protection to ensure safe global delivery.
